A man of integrity, Williams will provide cost-effective and efficient representation.

Mr. Williams also owns and operates the electric development and operating company Williams SPE Inc. His experience in the energy business includes 35 years with increasing management and operating responsibility at Southwestern Public Service Company, New Century Energy, Quixx Corporation, and Xcel Energy, retiring in 2010.
